3. Plz make the opening video of parcels. In case of any missing or damaged items we need parcel opening video for claims
4. Shipping cost is non refundable .
5. Plz give your proper shipping addresses, If parcels is returns due to incomplete addresses or consignee unavailable or uncontactable issues then u have to pay shipping again.
